Giveaway Terms

The Promoter

Eligibility
Open to anyone aged 18 or over, worldwide. One entry per person. Entries that appear automated or duplicated will be disqualified at the promoter's discretion.
Prizes
- 10 grand prize winners each receive the complete digital Branding Her series (six books in epub and mobi formats).
- All entrants receive the digital edition of Branding Her Book 1, free.
- Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative.
How to enter
Submit your email address via the entry form at alexbporter.com/win during the giveaway period. No purchase necessary.
Giveaway period
The giveaway opens on [DATE TBC] and closes at 23:59 UTC on [DATE TBC]. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.
Winner selection
Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries within seven days of the closing date. Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize, or an alternative winner will be drawn.
Data and privacy
Email addresses collected through entry will be used to:
- Deliver Book 1 to all entrants
- Notify winners of the grand prize
- Send occasional updates from Alex B. Porter (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the promoter.
Changes to these terms
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or end the giveaway early in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other circumstance outside reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
